Free delivery across the country
Every order over €50 ships free — no hidden handling fees, no fuel surcharges, no extra charge for bulky items. A mattress is a big parcel, and we don't think you should pay extra just because it takes up space in the van.
Dispatch and delivery times
In-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your order. From the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery normally takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location and the courier's schedule that week. Orders placed before noon on a working day are usually picked and packed the same day.
The timeframe may be longer in three cases:
- The item is out of stock. We'll call or email you within one working day to confirm a realistic delivery date before charging anything.
- Custom size. Non-standard dimensions are made to order, so the timeline depends on production — typically 7–10 working days.
- Force majeure. Severe weather, peak holiday periods, or courier network overload.
Who delivers
We work with Econt, Evropat and Speedy. For each parcel we choose the courier individually, based on their current load, whether they serve your settlement, and the size and weight of the shipment. You don't need to pick — we route it to whoever will get it to you fastest.
Tracking your order
The moment a waybill is generated, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow the parcel either on the courier's platform or directly on our order-tracking page. On the day of delivery the courier will notify you by SMS, Viber, or their usual channel, and will call before arriving so you can plan your day.
How it's packed
Mattresses are delivered vacuum-compressed and rolled, in a sealed plastic wrap. This is only possible because of the high-quality foams we use — cheaper materials don't recover their shape. The benefits are real: the mattress is fully protected from dirt and moisture in transit, the volume is reduced by up to 90%, it fits through narrow doorways and up tight staircases, and the transport emissions per unit drop dramatically.
What's not included
Carrying the mattress up to your floor, assembly, and removal or disposal of your old mattress are not included in the price and remain the customer's responsibility. If you live in a building without a lift, keep in mind that the rolled package is compact but heavy — a second pair of hands helps.
On arrival — please check
Before you accept the parcel, inspect the outer packaging for damage. If you notice tears, punctures, crushing or water marks, ask the courier to record a damage protocol at the moment of delivery. You have the right to refuse the parcel without being charged for it. Reporting damage after the courier has left makes the claim significantly harder to resolve.
Unpacking
Unpack within 30 days of delivery — leaving a mattress compressed for longer can affect the foam's ability to fully recover. Once unrolled, the mattress needs 24 to 72 hours to expand to its full size and thickness. Don't sleep on it during this period. A faint new-foam smell in the first days is normal and disappears with airing.
