100 Days Testing Period

100 nights to be sure

You can't judge a mattress in a showroom, and you can't judge it in one night either. Your spine and muscles need two to four weeks to adapt to a new support surface — the first few nights on the right mattress can actually feel strange, and the first few nights on the wrong one can feel fine. That's why we give you 100 nights at home, in your own bedroom, with your own pillow and your own routine.

How the test period works

Days 1–14 — statutory right of withdrawal
Under European consumer law you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Submit your request through our returns management page.

  • Returned sealed in the original factory packaging → full refund of the product price.
  • Returned unsealed but in flawless, unused condition, resellable as new after inspection and professional repacking → full refund of the product price.

Days 15–100 — our voluntary comfort guarantee
If the statutory window has passed but you're still within 100 days of delivery, you have two options:

  • Option A — Easy swap (recommended). You keep the mattress — for a guest room, for a family member, or to sell privately — and we issue you a gift voucher worth 20% of the mattress price at the time of purchase, valid toward a new mattress from our store. No transport to arrange, no repacking, no waiting for inspection. This is by far the fastest and cheapest route to a different model.
  • Option B — Standard return. You arrange and pay for transport to our warehouse. After inspection you receive store credit equal to the original price, minus a refurbishment fee.

Returns logistics — please read before ordering

The customer is fully responsible for organising and paying for courier services on all returns and exchanges.

  • No collection service. We don't arrange pickups and we don't issue prepaid waybills. You hire a courier of your choice.
  • Packaging is your responsibility. A vacuum-rolled mattress cannot be re-compressed once opened, so it travels at full size. You'll need heavy-duty mattress bags or industrial stretch film. Our repacking checklist walks you through it step by step.
  • Transport risk sits with the customer. Any damage caused by inadequate packaging results in additional charges deducted from the amount returned.

The refurbishment fee, explained honestly

If a mattress has been slept on, it is no longer new and cannot be sold as new — hygiene standards don't allow it. In that case a fee of 25–50% of the product value is deducted. It covers professional cleaning and disinfection, replacement of the cover, administrative costs, and the loss of market value when the item is resold as "Refurbished." The exact percentage depends on the physical and hygienic condition on arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return entirely if the mattress arrives stained, marked by liquids, soiled or physically damaged.

Important legal note

The 100-day test period is a voluntary commercial guarantee, not a statutory right. It does not create a right to a cash refund after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Store credit is issued in your name, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is valid for 30 days from issue.

How to start a return

  2. Once approved, we'll send you the warehouse address.
  3. Arrange a courier and send us a valid waybill number.
  4. Our team inspects the item on arrival. Refunds are processed within 14 days of acceptance.
